What sets Methacton High School apart from other public and non-public schools in the area?

  • We are proud to be the first public high school in Pennsylvania to operate a state-of-the-art, student-run Hydroponic Farm that provides hands-on learning opportunities in sustainable agriculture.
  • Our Forensics Lab course transforms students into CSI investigators, immersing them in a simulated "Who Done It?" scenario.
  • Our “Shark Tank”- style entrepreneurship class provide students with an opportunity to develop a product or service and take it from concept to a viable business. This unique program includes the potential for students to receive funding to turn their entrepreneurial dreams into reality.
  • Access to competitive career skills programming including mechatronics, biomedical technology, protective services and more through our partnership with North Montco Technical Career Center.
  • Last year, the graduating class received $20.5 million dollars in scholarships and grants to institutions of higher learning.
